New Forestry Expo in an urban setting<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This was a completely new exhibition and meeting place focusing on professional forestry and forestry machinery. Unlike most similar events, this one was centrally located in a major city – at Solvalla in Stockholm. A perfect starting point with its 72,000 m\u00b2 area featuring grass, asphalt, and gravel, but also presenting its own set of challenges. At Swedish Forestry Expo 2023 (with 10,247 visitors), the ideal environment was created to showcase the latest innovations in the forestry industry.<\/p>\n

As the Organizer Partner, responsibilities ranged from overseeing the construction of the exhibition area and booths, planning and executing logistics, to ensuring the setup for more than 140 exhibitors during a three-day establishment period.<\/p>\n

Efficient management of exhibitor logistics & stand services<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Exhibitors received personalized schedules for move-in, loading, and unloading, where we handled around 400 items and assisted all exhibitors in getting their machinery and products placed in their designated areas.<\/p>\n

As both an organizer partner and event supplier, we were responsible not only for planning and establishing the “basic production” but also for furniture, decor both inside and outside the tents. What distinguishes this expo is the logistics, which required careful planning and clear leadership under time pressure.<\/p>\n
