Swedish Forestry Expo 2023 – Professional forestry’s new arena <\/strong><\/p>\n

Many fairs turn out well, some turn out better than expected and some turn out exactly as planned.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

A successful first-time fair<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Then we have some fairs that really exceed expectations and become a success. Swedish Forestry Expo 2023 was a first-time fair that became a success, of course there are many factors that help create a successful fair. However, we will try to summarize the unique things we did with this particular fair.<\/p>\n

Strategic choice of venue and arena<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By choosing an arena\/site in the center of a large city but still large enough to allow for grass, asphalt, gravel, water and indoor areas with restaurants, seminar rooms, etc. we were able to meet both the needs of the exhibitors and the wishes of the visitors.<\/p>\n

Niche and attractive fair for both exhibitors and visitors<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By developing a product list of what the exhibitors should relate to, we created a niche attractive fair where all exhibitors strived to highlight the same area, this was extremely successful as both visitors and exhibitors felt that they had found the right niche and could lift each other to better content.<\/p>\n

Effective management of logistics and construction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With individually customized schedules for the exhibitors both in terms of moving in and out, we were able to handle both construction, loading, unloading and dismantling without any major problems despite the short time.<\/p>\n

Industry networking event and party as a success factor<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As a technical partner and stand supplier, we had to work many long hours, but we managed to organize an incredible event where both participants and visitors were extremely satisfied. By creating an attractive and well-placed industry mingle and party, it was possible to keep both exhibitors and visitors after the fair closed in a more relaxed environment. Attracting 5,400 people over 2 days is an incredible number for a “trade show” and to get consistently positive feedback on this industry event is also a fantastic result.<\/p>\n

Exceeded goals and future plans<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Exceeding the industry organization’s goals for the number of exhibitors, visitors and nationalities present, as well as getting good ratings in both the exhibitor survey and the visitor survey, made it a matter of course that the client wanted to continue with the fair and the concept.<\/p>\n

The result in connection with our delivery as a event provider\/supplier laid the foundation for the industry organization MaskinLeverant\u00f6rerna together with the forestry machinery section to want to work with At Event and Workman Event again, which in itself is proof that we have done a fantastic job. It was decided that the event will take place every 4 years (which is the industry standard in terms of new products) and the next event will take place in summer 2027.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
