EXHIBITOR SERVICE:
A stand is ordered through the organizer and comes in different packages. See below what’s included in your stand package below and make the included interior choices without cost in the web shop.
BUDGET STAND:
Walls, rental carpet in your choice of colour, electricity, 2 spotlights, sign 70×100 cm with the exhibitor name from your stand booking, white with black text (please contact Workman if you wish to change the name), 1 white counter, 1 barstool, 1 brochure rack, cleaning.
NOTE: Cost of items included in stand package is deducted after review.
Joint country stand
Placed along a wall, approx. 2×2 m floor area, fixed colour of carpet (depending on country), electricity, 2 spotlights, barstool, high table. Wall sign 70x100cm with the exhibitor name from the stand booking, black text on a white background (contact Workman Event if you wish to change the name).

STAND PACKAGE 9sqm and up:
Walls, storage 1x1m, rental carpet in your choice of colour, 1 spotlight per meter wall, electricity, cleaning, free selection of furniture from following categories:
Bar/High-table, Bar/Counter-cabinet(no lighting), Chairs/barchairs, Brochure rack
(some furniture available in limited quantity)

BOOK YOUR DELIVERY TO MALMÖMÄSSAN WITH US
If you will be continuing to Sacomässan in Malmö you can book transport for your goods directly from Kistamässan to the fair in Malmö. Contact us for more details and prices.

Orders made after last date- the price list +30% applies
Orders made on site- the price list +50% applies.

MOVE IN: November 28 7am- 10pm
Exhibitors enter from the loading bay and must show their Exhibitorpass, filled out with Company name, name and stand number. If you don’t have a pass you must show ID and know your stand number.
MOVE OUT: November 30 4.30pm- 8pm
EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS: November 29-30th 9am- 4.30pm
WALLS: After the exhibition the walls should be restored to original conditions, any damage will be charged the exhibitor.
GOODS HANDLING: Costs for unloading, loading and handling of your arriving goods will be charged according to the current tariff at Workman Event.
